Growing up in Jamaica, surrounded by the enticing aromas of jerk spices, tropical fruits, and mouth-watering seafood, my passion for cooking ignited.

After refining my skills in Canada and embarking on an adventure in Australia, I create unforgettable dining experiences that transport you to the sunny shores of Jamaica while incorporating global influences.
